  1. Hello to my story! :) So, it is about 3 weeks to the wedding and things are getting stressful! However, since I have been working out with Kay, I have gotten to let off a lot that stress, by pushing sleds and punching with boxing gloves!! I have even hit a tire with a sledge hammer! Who knew those exercises existed! :)

A little something about me is that I have always loved sports and was a huge athlete in high school and college, but for some reason never really exceeded in team sports. I always had the talent and the skill, but for my mental game was just never there. After college, I pretty much stopped playing sports and picked up running. I also started to obsess about food and starting watching my weight constantly. I never did anything unhealthy, but I finally realized that I was not eating enough for the exercise I was doing and it was making me moody and I turned into a different person.

I think I turned to controlling my weight, because after college, I found that I was not good at anything (sports or school) more and so controlling my weight was something I realized I was good at. I continued to lose weight for about 4 or 5 years. However, since I love to workout, when I did, I would gain weight because the extra working out made me hungry. My body also responds very quickly to working out and so I gain muscle very easily. This would make me frustrated because I would grow out of my clothes and then I would cut back on the working out.

I finally came to realize that I was giving up what I love and I am so passionate about just so I could be a size 0 or 00. It is not worth it, especially since I am 5'10!! It's tough being tall, because you feel big just be being tall and so you think you need to be thin so that you don't appear so big.

Being with Kay during my month and half now transformation, I am feeling much better about myself and my body!! Yea! I workout hard, eat healthy and enough food for what body needs and I get my periods again! :)

It's tough giving up those size 0 jeans, but being able to workout hard and leg press 180 lbs. is so much better!! How many people can say that they push their body to limit? Not too many. I love it and want to continuing pushing my body to it's fullest potential! It is so much fun watching my body transform.

I am looking forward to more workouts and more transformations!!

    More posts to come :)

  2. Happy Friday! So, I realized that I never mentioned anything about me besides my workout story. I am 28 years old and I live my wonderful Fiance in Downtown Chicago. We are getting married in 3 weeks and things are becoming so exciting! I met my Fiance 5 1/2 years ago and it has been the best thing that has ever happened to me! He was the one who discovered that I could achieve my goals and dreams. He saw things in me that I did not see myself. No matter how down I get he is always right there to pick me up and cheer me up. He is the most kind, caring and compassionate man I have ever met. If you meet him, you won't ever forget him. He is one of those people who always puts others first. He has changed my view on life and has changed how I view others and myself. I still make mistakes and convert to the old me, but I am improving day by day. I would not be where I am at today without him.

With Kevin in my life, I can achieve all things! :) I also now have Kay in my life who believes in my passions as well. This is going to be a fun and exciting journey and I am so happy I have the both of them to guide me :)
