Confessions of a Lost Soul

2010 has been a year of change for many.  Be careful what you ask for 'cause you just may get it.  Many of us lose ourselves in others and that's what happened to me.  I was so focused on helping that when God created space and time for myself; I found that my soul was lost.  One of my strongest characteristics is my ability to create whatever I set my mind to; however, I wasn't ready for what I was about to find.


I found a very lonely lost soul that defined itself for what it could do to help others.  Unfortunately, the self doubt started to sink in.  How can you have so much love for helping others and not be able to do it for the mere fact of wanting all those things for yourself??  I love giving others a LIFFT, but who do I turn to when I need one??  It's the day after Thanksgiving so I will give thanks to all of you believe in me and cheer me on to take my passions to a higher level.  The CIRCLE of LOVE is when you take your prayers and energy and focus them on the well-being of others and in turn others are doing the same for you.  


To my strong yet gentle, sassy yet conservative, brilliant yet slightly ditsy, pure yet erotic, balanced yet erratic SOUL... I LOVE YOU.  Please come home and take over my body once again.  I have abandoned you in the midst of caring for others, but I am ready to spread my wings and become stronger, sexier, smarter, angelic and FUN!  Happy New Year to me and everyone else that wants to start.  Out with the Old In with the New.  kay yasin

My Transformation

When was the last time you transformed??  Mine was at the age of 25.  I am now a whooping 32 and it's about that time AGAIN!!!  I think we all go through them several times within a lifetime.  This time I am out to prove that the AMERICAN DREAM is still alive.  YES... During a recession; I, Kay Yasin, will prove to the world that the 'Circle of Love' makes dreams a reality.  

Remember I said the 'Circle of Love' - that means it takes many hands in order to make this happen.  Every week, I will send a thank you to someone within the circle that is making the Dream live.  This week it's Allison Hunter-Williams.  This lady will be joining the transformation team, if I have to drag her myself.  She's a true symbol of the strength in women.  I've watched her and her family and adore what they have created.  She's strong simply because she lives in a household with three men!!! :)  Whooo..  Get 'em girl.  (two of them are her boys, and the other one, her loving husband)  It takes one person believing in your dream to share with one more person who will then share with another until the dream is a reality!!

It is finally here!!  Real LIFFT Transformations in Chicago by the one and only ME!!  And a great team to support.  Keep tuned.  I'll be revealing the identity of the first 'Transformation' of 2010.  I am debating between a lady in her 40's goes from TV producer to SuperModel; a lady in her 20's goes from Dental Hygienist to Actress or a lady in her 30's goes from HR Management to Spiritual life coach!!!  Or myself, ex IT-geek turned Fitness/Motivational Expert.  Feedback is appreciated and very well heard!

Anyone remember the old 80's hit "I talk to myself" - " I talk to myself, 'cause there is no one else to talk to.  People ask me why I do what I do."?  Well, now I tell everyone to tell yourself how wonderful you are EVERY morning while you look in the mirror and DON'T leave out any details!!  So that's why you do what you do!
